Animalia is a fast turn based card game. Each match is a 1-on-1 battle between two opponents.
Players take turns playing cards from their hand to cast powerful spells, equip gems, or summon creatures to the battlefield.
There are two modes in the game:

Battle against a human opponent (PvP);

Battle against AI (PvE).
Over time, many other game modes will become available in Animalia.
Rules
Lobby

Each deck contains from 30 to 33 cards.

The deck can’t have more than 2 cards with gems.

The deck can’t have more than 2 different gem types.

The deck can’t have more than 2 copies of each card.
-
The deck can’t have more than 1 legendary card and 1 arcana card.
Game
At the beginning of the game, both players are shown the type of the opponent's Titan and can choose gems accordingly.
Players can decide who will make the first move. If both players agree, the game begins. If the agreement is not reached, the coin is tossed to determine the order of the game.

Both players draw 3 starting cards and 1 gem.

Both players are given the opportunity to mulligan the starting cards, except for gems.

At the beginning of each turn, the player draws a new card from their deck.

Each player starts with 1 shard on their first turn. Shards are the energy needed to perform actions. Each subsequent turn, the player receives an additional shard.

The maximum number of shards a player can hold is 10.

Up to 2 unused shards will be transferred to the next turn.

Each player has a maximum hand size of 10 cards.

No more than 8 creatures can be deployed on the battlefield.

Only 1 weapon can be used at a time.

A Titan can only attack when equipped with a weapon.
-
If the weapon card is played while you already have another weapon, the currently equipped weapon will be replaced.

When a player runs out of cards in their deck, their Titan turns into Frenzy mode and can attack the opponent's Titan once per round.
Time limit

For the first 3 rounds, the time limit is 30 seconds. During the last 5 seconds of the countdown, the rocket lights up to indicate that time is running out.

Starting with round 4, the time limit is increased to 60 seconds, and the indicator lights up when 10 seconds remain.
